Senior Associate (PQE 5 years +)
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the firm’s Cross-Border Corporate & Regulatory Affairs practice. The role involves advising on international corporate, regulatory, and institutional matters, supporting cross-border engagements, assisting in compliance and strategic advisory work.
A working knowledge of French is preferred; proficiency in any other UN working language would be considered an added advantage. A hybrid working arrangement may also be offered depending on the nature of engagement and operational requirements.
Financial Modelling Expert
We are seeking a Financial Modelling professional, CA and/or CS qualified to support basic financial analysis and structuring tasks. The role involves working with data, preparing simple models, and assisting on transaction-related work as required.
